- What shopping methods do they use to make buying decisions?

- What motivates them to buy NOW and not later?
Now sit down and pretend you are trying to get that particular client to purchase your product. What's important to them-their business, their family, their church, or maybe free time-does your content reflect that? Is it business oriented? Is it fun? Are there images of families? You have to learn to speak to each individual.
We tend to want to buy from people who are like us.
